Fired? Injured? Hurt by the Police? Talk to Me About Your Case for Free - Now.
I believe the first and highest duty of an attorney is to protect the rights of individuals. You face threats to those rights every day, usually from two main sources: (1) the government; and (2) your employer. Both have too much power. Both abuse that power. Both overreach constantly. Both can wreck your life. I'll fight back for you. Hard. I don't care how large or powerful the opponent is. Good fights need to be fought, and I've been fighting them for over three decades. It's what I live for.
I handle cases of discrimination, sexual or racial assault or harassment, age and disability discrimination, wrongful termination, civil rights violations involving police or other government misconduct, serious injuries, and denial of jail medical treatment. There's a common thread here: In short, I focus on cases where your individual rights have been infringed.
If you've been wrongfully fired or hurt, you don't have time to mess around. You're in a fight. Your livelihood could well be at stake. You need someone on your side who will fight hard for you. You've found him. You can talk to me about your case free of charge, anytime. You'll always talk to ME, not a staff member or junior lawyer. I'll answer your questions simply and directly. The same goes once you retain me. If you need me, you call me. And I respond.
